“ The line was long but worth the wait. The place is located in the truck stop gas station market. It was cleaned and so organized. I got the Barbacoa burrito and it was delicious ! I wished I hadn't gotten the black beans and went with refried beans but I wasn't pay attention and thought it was just whole pinto beans. I don't live near by and this was the closest place since we missed our exit so not sure if I'll get the chance to try this place again but I made sure to bookmark the place for the future. ”
“ I ordered 2 carnitas tacos and tortilla chips. The meat is seasoned very well and is moist and tender. The tortilla chips are freshly made with the perfect amount of salt. Staff was great!!! ”
“ We began to get hungry on our way to So, Cal in the morning. I Yelped for breakfast burritos and this one popped up. I was a bit thrown off to see it was in a gas station but the reviews said it was good. They weren't wrong. The gas store has a few food items including Subway, Cinnabon, and pizza by the slice. It's a great spot to stop by to fill up on gas and get a few eats! Breakfast burritos are $11.99 each. They are good in size with 3 fresh eggs and a handful of a meat of your choice. He made it there and then, made to order. They load it with cheese if you choose and offer rice and beans if you'd like too. I had the bacon one and It was so good! They have tables with seating if you decide to sit there. I will make this my stop when on 99! ”
“ On the way back from Las Vegas to Sacramento we stopped for gas and bathrooms. We were about to leave but i was hungry and almost settled for subway until i realized this place. First off they had fresh food and it was nice knowing at this stop. We ordered an egg and cheese burrito where the eggs were freshly cracked! 3 asada tacos and a chicken quesadilla which came with rice and beans. It's the make as you order style and you see what they are putting as they are making it. The flavor was really good on my tacos! I ate mine in the parking lot and enjoyed every bite. The service is phenomenal, customer focused and very friendly, always with a smile. Will make this my permanent pit stop when traveling through the state. “ LaSabroso is a small Mexican taco shop located inside a rest stop and travel center area along I5 in Huron, CA. We stopped here for tacos along our drive from LA to San Jose. Tacos were very good, especially considering it's a road-stop restaurant. We got shrimp tacos, guacamole and carne asada tacos, both were very good. We will stop here again.
